Our management consulting services focus on our clients' most critical issues and opportunities: Strategy,marketing,organization,operations,technology,transformation across all industries and geographies. Contracting
Our general contracting services involves managing trades-persons that are employed by the client on the advice of the main contractor or the client him/herself if acting as the manager. We are responsible for the overall coordination of a project. We first assess the project-specific documents (referred to as bid, proposal or tender documents). In the case of renovations, a site visit is required to get a better understanding of the project. Depending on the project delivery method, the we will submit a fixed price proposal or bid, cost plus price or an estimate. We consider the cost of home office overhead, general conditions, materials, and equipment as well as the cost of labor to provide the owner with a price for the project.
After School
We do not let go of students on successful completion of N6 but help the get training and employment as we are connected professionally with industrial partners.
